Chris founded Valentis following more than a decade of hands-on experience recruiting and resourcing major projects across the oil and gas, marine and renewable energy sectors. His extensive industry knowledge and established professional networks allow him to understand the technical, operational and cultural requirements of complex project environments.
Throughout his career, Chris has successfully supported clients with specialist personnel for construction, asset management and project delivery across Australia and the broader Asia- Pacific region. As Director, he leads Valentis’ strategic direction, business development and client partnerships, with a practical focus on clear communication, reliable execution and delivering the right people at the right time.
Caitlin brings eight years of recruitment and operational leadership experience across multiple industries. She has successfully overseen high-volume recruitment and workforce delivery across projects of varying scale, scope and complexity, with a proven ability to adapt recruitment strategies to different client and project requirements.
As General Manager of Operations, Caitlin oversees the systems and processes underpinning Valentis’ workforce delivery, including compliance, contracts, mobilisation and contractor management. Her strength lies in bringing structure to complex requirements and developing practical processes and solutions that support consistent, compliant and successful project outcomes.
Nadine brings a strong human resources background and experience supporting high- volume, project-based recruitment. She oversees key operational, onboarding and mobilisation activities, helping ensure personnel are appropriately prepared, compliant and ready for site.
Her experience within ISO-accredited businesses has developed her understanding of quality systems, structured processes and continuous improvement. Nadine’s organised and thorough approach supports a smooth and professional experience for clients and personnel throughout every stage of a placement.
Ashley brings a strong human resources background, including experience across people and culture, workforce compliance and HSEQ. She has also supported high-volume, project- based recruitment, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the employee lifecycle and the operational requirements involved in building and mobilising project workforces.
Her experience within ISO-accredited business environments has developed her strong appreciation for quality systems, consistent processes and continuous improvement. Ashley supports recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation activities, working closely with candidates, contractors and clients to ensure documentation, communication and project requirements progress efficiently.
